I started working with Nick in September 2021, admittedly starting out I was skeptical and nervous to pursue an alternative path to finding myself and my health again. I am a working mom with a high stress job and young children and some other life stressors at the moment. I had been suffering with exhaustion, chronic migraines, insomnia, anxiety, GI issues with trouble losing weight, and felt disconnected and sluggish all the time. I went the traditional route, had all the lab tests done just to find out I am within normal limits and was quickly diagnosed with post partum depression and anxiety. When I came to Kuhle Fit I was primarily seeking help with weight loss and a non-pharmaceutical solution to my anxiety symptoms and instead I found so much more. I still have a way to go and goals to work on, but with Nick's guidance and encouragement, weekly check ins to hold me accountable, and the personalized approach to the lifestyle modifications he has encouraged me to implement I am down 12 lbs (never counting a calorie!), started exercising again this month (because I have energy and drive to do so), have identified my migraine triggers (I was having headaches daily and now I cant remember the last time I needed ibuprofen for a headache). I have clear goals and motivation for the upcoming year and am so happy I took the step to invest in myself and my health.
