I am greatful that I took the opportunity and made the commitment to work with Nick! I knew that I had certian areas of my life I wanted to improve and wasn't sure exactly how to get there; diet and purpose. Nick was genuinely interested in how my life situations factored into my overall happiness and health. He knew which areas I needed the most "help" in and we work together on ways to imporve them without pressuing me to make unrealistic changes that I wouldn't be able to stick with. Nick does an amazing job helping work through roadblocks and provides tools to use daily to stay on track, but also does not judge if you fall. The part I valued the most was learning and understanding that my 4 "doctors" don't always have to be at 100% but they all have to be functional and properly taken care of. We laughed, I cried, we did a lot of hard work together and I recommended anyone who feels they could grow, if even only in one area, should work with Nick because it's life changing when all areas are functioning together and learning with him will give you so much more knowledge then you think!

Excellent resource for improving overall quality of life! Nick does a great job of showing you how all aspects of your life are connected; how, when one aspect is out of balance others are effected. The best part is, while you're working with him, Nick gives YOU the tools to help YOURSELF even after the coursework/1-on-1 time with him. I don't know one person who would not get anything out of his coaching. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Nick Kuhle's coaching program! Nick provides a much needed approach to holistic health that includes the areas of social, emotional, physical, nutrition, and beyond. He coached me to learn basic techniques about mindset and language that dramatically changed my confidence and happiness. Nick facilitated a safe and confidential space to learn and grow. I also greatly benefited from Nick's nutrition expertise. Nick's coaching and approach to health is world class and I 100% recommend him!

Working with Nick was such a great experience. Gosh where do I start and where do I end...Nick allows you to make changes at your own pace, while encouraging you to progress. I’ve tried many different things over the years to improve my health and have always struggled with healthy eating. Just 4 weeks into Nicks program, he had me take a break from working out and I still dropped 12 pounds in that time. I started working with Nick in September 2021, admittedly starting out I was skeptical and nervous to pursue an alternative path to finding myself and my health again. I am a working mom with a high stress job and young children and some other life stressors at the moment. I had been suffering with exhaustion, chronic migraines, insomnia, anxiety, GI issues with trouble losing weight, and felt disconnected and sluggish all the time. I went the traditional route, had all the lab tests done just to find out I am within normal limits and was quickly diagnosed with post partum depression and anxiety. I tried that route for awhile but did not see resolution of my symptoms that lasted and in my heart I felt this was not the root cause of how I was feeling, I just felt "off". When I came to Kuhle Fit I was primarily seeking help with weight loss and a non-pharmaceutical solution to my anxiety symptoms and instead I found so much more. I still have a way to go and goals to work on, but with Nick's guidance and encouragement, weekly check ins to hold me accountable, and the personalized approach to the lifestyle modifications he has encouraged me to implement I am down 12 lbs (never counting a calorie!), started exercising again this month (because I have energy and drive to do so), have identified my migraine triggers (I was having headaches daily and now I cant remember the last time I needed ibuprofen for a headache). I have clear goals and motivation for the upcoming year and am so happy I took the step to invest in myself and my health. I truly believe I have developed sustainable habits to carry me forward and would highly recommend this service. Thank you, Nick!

"I've always worked out and never really had a need to diet until I hit my menopausal years. At that point, it really didn't matter how much exercise I did, it became difficult to maintain my goal weight. My daily diet was fine until the evening hours, at that point, I raided the cupboards for sugar and carbs. Taking Nick's KuhleFit course it gave me a new approach to both my fitness regiment and more importantly, my eating habits. "This is the best I have felt since I can remember! I use to get a headache almost everyday, and I rarely get them anymore. If I do have a headache I can identify what caused it and make necessary corrections. Nick's Program has made me aware of what my body is trying to tell me and what I need to be healthier. For the past five plus years during this time of eyar I would need to take medications, make several trips to the doctor and stay home from work because of sinus issues. "I started Nick's program because I was looking to make some changes in my life. I was getting tired of my frequent heartburn, snacking and sweet urgres, bloating, and poor sleep quality. I thought I ate pretty well during most days, but around 4 or 5 o'clock I would start snacking and it would be all downhill from there. After snacking, dinner, and sweets at night I would typically feel guilty and upset with myself. It was time for a change... What I learned is that my overall health and wellbeing is about so much more than just nutrition and working out. Things like being mindful and aware, paying attention to my body when it needs a rest, and finding ways to reduce my stress have greatly impacted the way I view my overall health and how I feel.

Since starting this program I have completely gotten off of my medication for heartburn. I have better nights of sleep and the nights I don't sleep well I know exactly why. I've also cut way back on my snacking and sweet cravings. I've also been able to change my mindset to not beat myself up when I do cave-in and have snacks or some sweets. 

The goal of eating 80/20 has toally changed my mindset on nutrition, and not thinking of it as a diet. Eating whole, nutritious foods 80% of the time allows me to have my indulgences from time-to-time and not feel guilty about it.
