The program consists of 12 group calls. Each week has a different focus on one of our foundational pillars of health. Each call lasts 1-hr with time for Q&A. Each member is apart of a private group where all resources, handouts, cookbooks, recipes, recordings, etc will be posted along with the ability to ask questions and seek support the other hours of the day we're not in session.
On each call we'll cover a new and pertinent topic the improve one's health. Each call allows for opportunities to be coached directly by myself and to learn from watching others be coached. These sessions are very interactive, and one can expect to practice the skills regularly on calls. Calls last 60 minutes and take place on Zoom.
The cost for the entire 12-weeks and EVERYTHING that's included retails at $3,299 but is currently on sale for $1,999. The cost can be broken up into multiple monthly payments too. This course is designed to teach you to be your healthiest version. It is not a fad diet, a "workout until you're exhausted", or a "eat disgusting shakes and bars" while you feel hungry all day long . We take the approach that health or illness doesn't happen overnight so we focus on creating healthy habits that allow the body to heal once and for all.
We start on January 9th at 6pm, cst. We'll connect every Tuesday for the entire 12-weeks via Zoom at the same time each week. All calls are recorded and saved for re-watching at anytime.
